Nokia E7 Pre-Booking begins in India!

Nokia today starts the pre-booking of its much awaited new business smartphone Nokia E7. The E7 comes packed with the features that make working on the go seamless affair.

This Prebooking Process is valid  from 7 March 2011 to 14 March 2011:

  1. This Program is valid for the prospective buyers of the Device (“Customers”) who successfully register themselves by submitting their details like name, contact number, current handset, email Id, address:
  2. The Customers shall be required to select a nearest Nokia Priority Partners (“Dealer”) basis his location while registering themselves on the Website. For the Customers registering through WAP or SMS, Nokia will assign a Dealer on the basis of location registered by them.
  3. The valid registered entries will be sent a unique booking number by SMS on their registered mobile number.
  4. The registered Customers shall be required to visit the Dealer at an agreed time for booking the Device in advance, after providing the unique booking number and paying non refundable interest free registration amount for pre-booking, amounting to Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Dealer, which shall be adjustable against the actual device cost at the time of purchase.
  5. Within three months from the date Device is launched in India, the registered customer who has paid the registration amount for prebooking will be contacted by the Dealer and on payment of the remaining payable amount for device, the registered customer can collect the pre booked Device from the Dealer at a mutually agreed time.

Nokia E7 is priced Rs. 35,019 and also comes under Nokia's Easy EMI Installments scheme, which gives customers facility to buy Nokia Phones in three equal monthly installments with zero percent interest, all service charges would be borne by Nokia.

Nokia just announced the Nokia X1-00, New budget XSeries phone for music lovers. The phone boasts a huge speaker on the back, rated at 106phon (a phon is a measure of perceived loudness).

The phone also features five phone books to share between family members. The Nokia X1-00 is scheduled to be available in selected markets beginning in April. Before taxes and operator subsidies, it should cost around €34.
