Exclusive : New Symbian^3 UI coming with PR2.0 (Photos and Video)

Yesterday Symbian^3 PR2.0 spotted over Navifirm under the Nokia C7 T-Mobile and tested by some of you guys, we already posted some changelogs & screenshots of the PR2.0, but it looks like that the firmware tested yesterday was not the final release. Nokia at SXSW, in Austin demoed PR2.0 on N8 with new refreshed UI of what they promised at MWC11. Check out the images & video after break!

Hugo Morales over Wayerless.com has posted some images and videos demonstrating PR2.0 with new Symbian^3 UI on Nokia N8 at # N8 Austin NokiaTalk.

Nokia Find and Connect : Mobile Social Networking App (Video)

Nokia at SXSW, in Austin demoed a new mobile social networking app ‘Nokia Find and Connect‘. The app find and connects you to people within a building using WiFi. Check out the video!

Alvin Chin Senior Researcher at NRC Beijing is working on Nokia Find & Connect, the app deals with incorporating physical social interactions into mobile social networks in an indoor environment utilizing the wifi ad-hoc network. Currently we don’t have much info about this project, But hey we have some images from one of the lucky blogger who got chance to get the app demo at #SXSW.

The UK’s most stunning locations are being captured by one of the world’s most respected aerial photographers; Jason Hawkes, using only a Nokia N8 smartphone 12MP camera for the ground breaking HD Horizons project.

The innovative shoot reveals new perspectives on the country’s amazing locations including the nation’s capital to check on the progress of the new Olympic site and the rugged Cornish coastline to shoot the Minack Theatre.
